CONTEST RULES AND TERMS
Listing auctions entitles Seller to one contest entry.
Upon listing an auction seller (lister) receives one contest entry. User with the most entries by Jan 2009 wins.
Registration entitles member to one-third of a contest entry.
Upon a succesful registration to LouisLovers.com(forum not applicable) the new member receives one-third (1/3)(33.333%) of a contest entry.
Consecutive Duplicate Listings Allowed.
If Sellers Listings does not sell, seller may list the same product again and receive an additional contest entry.
Only Legitimate Auctions Will Be Considered.
People and/or persons attempting to defraud the contest by listing items not intended for sale will result in the loss of contest privileges. Including but not limited to:
- Auction reserve price set unreasonably high. (as decided by louislovers.com based on fair market value)
- Price of item set unreasonably high. (as decided by louislovers.com based on fair market value)
- Listing items not owned or previously sold
- Buying and selling personal items falsely portraying transactions.
- A "bad" sale or "bad" feedback will result in the loss of one contest entry.
- The sale, listing and in some cases purchase of counterfeit or knock-off merchandise will result in loss of contest privileges and in most cases the loss of LouisLovers.com account.
Buyers that are previous sellers receive one bonus contest entry.
Previously established sellers (listers) purchasing merchandise from another LouisLover.com seller receive an additional bonus entry (bonus entry equal to contest entry) upon satisfactory completion of sale.
Additional entries awarded for recommending new users.
One third (1/3) (33.3333%) of a contest entry will be awarded for recommendations to LouisLovers.com (forum not included). New user must fill in recommender's username in the appropriate spot during registration.
Legal
Contest Open to Continental United States of America residents only (sorry).
Must be 18 years of age to participate in the contest.
No Purchase Necessary to participate or win.
Void where prohibited by law.
Contest ends January 1, 2009.
Winner announced February 1, 2009.
Contest and contest rules will be decided at the sole discretion of LouisLovers.com
Outcome of contest will be decided by the rules of the contest as intended and interpreted by LouisLovers.com
Decided contest winner is final.
Contest subject to availability.
Minimum participants required 100.
All transactions must be through LouisLoVers.com
Contest is for a Monogram Speedy 25 or 30 (Winners Choice).
Handbag will be mailed to owners home (No PO Boxes) or
Winner may retrieve handbag from local Louis Vuitton authorized dealer (Winners Choice) US government issue photo ID required (IE state issued drivers license - US Passport)
Winner will be announced in this forum and must accept within ten days of announcement.
